This representative of the Kentucky Beef Council said a recent straw poll shows the cattle on my mom's farm are 42.4% more relaxed during Lent.
I had lunch at Arby’s and ventured into the fish sandwich realm to compare to the recent Wendy’s fish sandwich I ate. If it had been the two for $4 deal, it would have been a better value. But with the regular price around $3.60, I’m diggin’ on Wendy’s. I can’t remember at the moment how much it was for one sandwich there, but one sandwich plus one with a combo meal was around $11. Better bread, better breading.
If you like fresh fish, or even fresher fish, it’s not the freshest fish that Finney fries, but it’ll do ya.

An anxious contingent from Chicago's Shedd Aquarium disagrees with the Beef Council's Lent poll, citing its own research into Kentucky cows' inability to count straw accurately.
AJ’s overall take is that fast-food fish is one of that best things Catholicism has brought about.
That, he says, and short plaid skirts.

All this fish talk and no mention of sushi?
C’mon!
I’d rather have chips and a chop
We Catholics are good for more than fish sandwiches and hot school girls in plaid skirts.
How about rulers on knuckles, pagan babies and hankies on heads?
Don’t say we have not given, given, given to
American culture. Yes, ok, you’re welcome!
